As the cosmos shifts this season, we’re entering a powerful time of planetary movement, with Jupiter, Pluto, and Saturn all playing pivotal roles in our lives. Each of these planetary stations brings its own distinct energy, affecting both our internal landscapes and the larger world around us. In this post, we’ll explore how Jupiter’s retrograde invites reflection and indulgence, how Pluto’s direct motion ushers in transformation, and how Saturn’s steady course helps us slowly regain momentum in areas where we've felt stuck.

Jupiter Retrograde: A Time of Reflection

Jupiter retrograde is not like the others. Known as the planet of expansion, abundance, and growth, when Jupiter stations retrograde, it doesn’t bring the same chaos that Mercury or Mars might during their retrogrades. Instead, Jupiter’s retrograde can be a time of internal expansion and reflection. In the midst of Libra season, right after the eclipse, this retrograde energy is amplified, offering us the opportunity to reassess our relationship with abundance, pleasure, and indulgence.

With Jupiter positioned in Gemini, an air of curiosity and desire for variety fills the atmosphere. This is a time when our appetites—for pleasure, for luxury, for the finer things in life—may flare up. The temptation to overindulge is strong, but the beauty of this retrograde is that it puts the choice in your hands. You don’t have to fall into excess. Instead, you are encouraged to consciously enjoy life’s pleasures, savoring them without overdoing it. Jupiter retrograde invites balance—between indulgence and restraint, between abundance and excess. It’s an auspicious time to practice mindful enjoyment, to appreciate what you have, and to realign your desires with your higher values. It’s a time to reflect on whether your pursuits truly bring fulfillment or if they are distractions from deeper growth.
